You will need to depressurise the fuel system then attach a pressure gauge to the fuel line after the fuel filter , and the test before the fuel filter as this will tell you if the filter is blocked if get a much higher pressure ,you can hire a pressure gauge from local hire outlet , get a workshop manual as will give you step by step guide and will be useful in the future
Replace the fuel filter. After you replace filter, bleed fuel line to the injectors. this should bring your pressure up because this will relieve the air pocket in the line, and give more fuel volume in the line.

mine does the same turn key, put in neutral... works every time
sound like a pebble between the brake pad and rotor it may scour the rotor i would have the brake caliber pulled and checked maybe put new pads on if more than 30 thousand miles
check fuel pressure, pump may be humming but not pumping [jammed -seized]also check fuel filter may be totally clogged
