because of security features in newer cars. your probrably better off taking it to the dealer so they can reset the codes.

I have a 2012 Honda Jazz. When I put the radio code in unit, the radio works for 2-3 minutes then shuts off. The radio then asks for the code again. The same thing then happens all over again.

Well the code will be requested when the radio loses power. Like when you change the car battery or pull the radio from the car. My hunch is that the radio is losing power then asking for the code. This power loss could be a fault within the radio, a bad fuse (find the fuse for the radio in one of the fuse blocks and replace it, should be in the manual), or a loose connection on the back of the radio (not likely unless someone has been working under the dash).

The radio to my Honda Jazz car does not work. The cd part works as do the speakers but the radio will not come through anymore. Have checked the fuses and they are fine. How can I get it fixed?

Sounds like the head unit is malfunctioning from how you have described the issue. If so you would need to replace the unit to correct. If it is the same unit that does CD and radio and only part of the features function you will need to replace the faulty unit.

2007 honda pilot radio code

Typically to get the code you have to have the serial number of the unit and call a Honda dealership to get the code. Sometimes in years gone by, there was a credit card sized card that had a sticker with the serial number and code. Sometimes the sticker is even stuck on the owners manual or the inside of the glovebox.

It sound like you are going aftermarket so I would think that the code is not needed as the code was only for the factory radio itself, not the rest of the system (speakers, etc..) Call the radio installer and ask but I don't think you need the code.
