How do you remove front rotors on a 2007 subaru legacy

Remove the caliper and rotor, undo the axle, ball joint and the two strut bolts, and take the entire knuckle off. The hub is pressed off, then a circlip removed to press the bearing out. You need a hydraulic press to do this job.

air in the system wont make the brakes grind,you have done some thing wrong there.

Jack the car up and place a jack stand under the car for safety. Remove the tire and wheel from the car. Remove the caliper from the caliper mount (2 bolts on front wheels one bolt on rear wheels), secure the caliper out of the way with a wire, then remove the caliper mount. Then pull the rotor from the hub, if this is difficult take a hammer and tap the rotor until it is loose. Reverse procedure to complete installation.

REsurface or replace your rotors and be certain to correctly install wheels, to avoid redamaging rotors.

Check wheel bearing.
Check backing brake plate , sometimes it's bended and touching brake rotor.
If wheel bearing is bad , you may have same effect with backing plate , brake rotor touch backing plate.

yes that is correct, remove glovebox , metal bracket in front ( mark which way round this bracket goes it will go back wrong and glove box wont fit ) , unplug electrical plug from heater motor, unscrew 3 bolts/screws from motor replace in reverse..30 min tops..

REMOVAL
15-INCH TYPE

1. Lift-up the vehicle, and remove the front wheels.

1. Remove the caliper body and the support from housing, and suspend it from strut using a wire.

1. Remove the disc rotor. NOTE: If the disc rotor seizes up within hub, drive the disc rotor out by pushing with an 8 mm bolt in holes B on the rotor.
2. Clean mud and foreign particles from the caliper body assembly and the support. 16-INCH TYPE Refer to 15-inch type. 17-INCH TYPE Refer to 15-inch type.

INSTALLATION

1. Install the disc rotor.
2. Install the caliper body and the support to housing. Tightening torque: 80 Nm (8.2 kgf-m, 59 ft. lbs.)
3. Install the front wheels.

Your '93 Legacy was one of the first cars to provide ABS as standard. If your ABS is activating, you'll feel a fast pulsing feel when braking, is that what you experience? 
If it's more of a brake pedal movement that changes frequency with the cars change of speed, and when moving slowly it feels slower and more pronounced, you likely have a warped rotor. 
An ABS issue should be checked out by a Subaru mechanic. If it's the rotor, then the offending rotor will have to be machined or replaced. If you can identify the rotor that's warped (with the car on stands, rig up a steel ruler so that it touches the rotor, and spin the wheel by hand. If it touches intermittently, then the rotor is warped) you may be able to remove it yourself (buy a workshop manual for instructions) and bring it to a brake shop and have it machined. This is far cheaper than they doing the whole job. 
However, if you're not comfortable with these suggestions, then have a brake shop do it for you. This is an important safety device (obviously) and worth the money to have it done correctly. Early Legacy's are pretty much bullet-proof and last forever, so the investment will be worthwhile.
