Can you give us more info about the problem? If you have disc brakes on all 4 wheels, each wheel has a brake caliper, the caliper usually has a hose attached to it, if that is what your talking about?
With abs, you need to follow proper procedure before taking anything loose or replacing.

if drums retract brakes by adjuster in lower window then tap with a hammer, for rotors make sure that all locking hardware is removed ,some have a small screw holding them remove and tap with a hammer

2008 Buick Lucerne...water in spare tire compartment

to fix this problem with my 2007 buick lucerne I had to take off the bumper and then remove the old seal on the body under this bumper and reseal it. it was not the trunk seal and nor was it coming from the lights or anything else. it was this seal that you cannot see unless you remove the bumper.
