SOURCE: JEEP WONT START

Sound like a connection (loos of the ground circuit) problem to the in tank fuel pump, I wouls suggest you check all the connections from the fire wall back for any loose or corroded connectors.

SOURCE: 2.5 jeep wangler 1999 wont start .starter checks out ok

Could be a bad connection between the battery and starter. Starter solenoid, or neutral safety switch if it is standard transmission.
Check for power at the solenoid.

SOURCE: 2006 Jeep Wrangler won't start

First, make sure you can turn the engine by hand. If you can't then the starter can't turn it either. Have someone else turn the key and look for the source of the click...may be a relay. Go over the starting circuit with a volt meter. Check for power at the starter main terminal and then with the key turned to "start" check for power at the trigger terminal on the starter. Check battery voltage and check relay operation.
You have a neutral safety switch on the transmission if its an automatic and a clutch switch if it's a stick. Check them as well. Make sure battery grounding on fender and block are also clean and secure.

SOURCE: 2000 jeep wrangler will not start from the key

It sounds like you have a bad neutral safety switch or your linkage is worn enough that it's not registering properly.

SOURCE: 1999 jeep wangler blower good new switch new

Did you replace the bloer motor also, usually a resistor failure is caused by a failing blower motor. here is a diagram to help with diagnosis, Make sure you have voltage at the blower motor connector with the key on. If not verify the fuses and the blower motor relay shown in the diagram. If voltage is present diagnose the ground side. The ground path goes from the motor, through the resistor, through the selector switch, then to the ground listed in the diagram.tj910157.gifnosis.

1997 jeep grand cherokee laredo my dash lights went out and the jeep wont start what do i do HELP

You have gotten two problems. First your Vehicle Theft Security System (ignition inhibit feature) has been activated. To disarm it just enter the key and rotate either door or liftgate. If this does not work, locate under in the hinge of the driver door module a violet wire with a brown tracer, put a jumper between that line and ground. That single action should allow you to start the engine. Now, the second problem is dash lights. With the ignition off, you turn the headlamp switch to the right and the dash panel should light. If it doesn't you need to start looking a the basics, that is, fuses/breakers, voltage, ground, the switch itself.

I went to start my 4.0 ltr 1997 jeep and it

First item to check is the auto shutdown relay in the power distribution center. Also test all fuses. Beyond that, You will need a manual (chilton or haynes are fine) and a digital multimeter to begin testing everything else. Don't forget that power has to go through the ignition switch before anything can operate...make sure that's happening too.

1995 jeep wangler .drove it home, wont start. replaced fuel pump, new ign switch and crankshaft sensor.

I would have started a little cheaper myself. First, is it a fuel delivery problem or an electrical delivery problem? It could be something like a bad spark plug or wire, a clogged fuel filter. You indicate that you have already spent alot of money...some on a fuel pump and some on an ignition switch and crankshaft sensor. These are all expensive items that may not even be the problem. Check out the cheap stuff first and work by process of elimination. Hope this helps. Good luck.
