My 2001 buick century blows warm air on drivers side and cold air on passenger side could the problem be that the flapper is stuck.

The electric control actuator more then likely ! Do you hear any clicking come from behind the instrument panel . These actuators have plastic gears inside and they break , strip etc... Can also set DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes to set in the HVAC - control panel (module ) A scan tool used to check engine codes can't read these codes . Need a factory scan tool or professional grade .
DTC B0361
The HVAC control module receives a left air temperature actuator position signal from the left air temperature actuator. The left air temperature actuator position sensor is a potentiometer that is tied to a 5 volt reference source. The variable output from the potentiometer feeds back a position signal to a pull-up resistor located in the HVAC control module. This signal is used to determine the necessary drive signal to the left air temperature actuator motor to provide the proper air mix door position. This value is stored in the Keep Alive Memory (KAM) portion of the HVAC control module.
DTC B0363
Left air temperature actuator signal circuit stays at 4.5 volts or higher.

Tip
Do not adjust any controls on the HVAC control assembly while the HVAC control assembly and actuators are calibrating. If interrupted improper HVAC performance will result.
Refer to Control Module References for programming and set up information.

I have codes b0428 and B3532 coming up . I just need to know what the problem may possibly be and what might I do to fix it ?

Code B0428 is for the rear temp actuator.
Code B3532 is for the rear mode actuator for the HVAC unit

I replaced the heat blend actuator because I was not getting any heat. Now, after replacing, all I get is hot air and no cold. The A/C was working fine just before replacing.

Do you have Manual Climate Control System or Dual Automatic Temperature Control System ?
The temperature control switch:
  • is a potentiometer that outputs a variable voltage to the temperature blend door actuator to set the position of the temperature blend door.
  • initiates closing of the heater control valve. When set to full COOL, a lever on the temperature blend door pivot shaft depresses the pintle of the heater control valve vacuum switch. The heater control valve vacuum switch then applies vacuum to the heater control valve, closing off engine coolant flow to the heater core.
  • is serviced only with the climate control assembly.
You may have disturbed something when changing the actuator , the vacuum switch o vacuum hose .
