Were crank sesor on 1989jeepwrangler 2.5 - 1998 Jeep Wrangler

Change your timing belt or check your cam or crank sesor if it is crack

Coil or ignition module?

possibly wiring harness fault,sesor wheel installed backwards or an even fire/odd fire engine mismatched components

There are a few causes that can trip that code.

- Crankshaft position sensor harness is open or shorted
- Crankshaft position sensor circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty crankshaft position sensor
- Signal plate may be damage
- Starter motor may be faulty
- Starting system circuit
- Dead or weak battery

Are you getting fuel? If not, replace the fuel filter. Good luck!

try replacing your idle control sensor.

resistance in the connectors between sensor or igniton module corosion ,loose connector or wire ,posibly the sesor or ign module itself requires further testing

i changed the crank position sesor but still doing the same wont fire over.

Ck Front of engine around the crankshaft pully.

The crank sensor shouldn't have any effect on the coil pack. Check the ignition module
