Sure lots, you have misfire. when, say EXACTLY.
when does it and when does it not?
guessing is expensive?
misfires in gear or. parked in park or neutral,
or only driving?
why not do the 60,000 mile tune, why not?
spark plugs , that is top of list. not crank shaft sensors.
1: tune it up. spark parts and filters.
2: keyon, CEL glowing , check engine lamp ? good.
3: start car is it glowing now running, yes, that means SCAN it.
4: best practice would be to drive with scan tool connected OBD2.'
and watch to see if you get P030x misfire codes.
The ECU would have told you the CKP crank shaft sensor is bad or good. the ECU does that on all cars, no need to guess and go broke.
if very intermittent it shows up in OBD2 PENDINGS.
the ecu will report 1 in 10 ckp pulses, missing,(sensitive it is this monitor.

Physics.
Misfires:
1: weak compression on 1 or more cylinders.
2: bad spark, (tuneup time and scan it)
3:bad fueling, scan it. see it way off. (can be vacuum leaks)
4: coolant found in the combustion chamber, spark tips look UGLY. nasty . and repeats. with new plug. not looking is FAIL time.
5: EGR closed. at idle, so if misfire is at idle? , bam.
running the EGR is open, so its not egr, if running ,moving are you?

the above order saves time, and cash.
fuel can burn right with bad compression or spark so fueling is dead last.

Opel Zafira 1.6B 2007 idles at 400 revs.

Opel Zafira 1.6B gen2 Petrol not CNG fuel ,right? A.K.A, FAMILY 1 ENGINE.
SINGLE OR TWIN CAM?

a total lack of power , full power(engine) weak. (stick shifted)
400RPM means the PCM can not control idle. AT ALL.
check fuses first.!
scan it next using a real scan tool not some $20 code reader.
there are in fact many causes for this, and newer the IAT intake air temp sensor) EGR stuck open sure. but not now egr is new(main valve)
  1. a bad engine, even cam belt slipped. never allow this.
  2. bad spark, 1 or more coils , spark plug bad.
  3. bad fueling too rich or too lean or bad fuel
so did you drive the car over 100km and not replace the cam belt
if yes oops. that can wreck the engine or bend valves.

sold here and with many 1.6L engine variants

Im driving an opel astra j essentia 1.6 2011 model, recently it started jerking or cutting petrol supply, i bought a new petrol pump the problem still persists please assist.

Jerking or cutting fuel supply? How did you determine that? This is most likely a sensor in the engine. Could be a fuel pump relay but it most likely is a crank shaft sensor.

What is a problem my opel corsa lite 1.4 2006 model rev high when im stoping at the roboot or stop sign even if im not moving after i start rev go high to 200 and it drop down and up again

As long as the idle air control valve is working, ( I assume this is what you replaced, I would first check to make sure it is operating correctly), If it is, then Id begin searching for a vacuum leak

What might be the problem when the car shows an engine light and its jerking as it does not have power

to many reasons so have the fault codes read first then fix the faulty sensors

Revs go up to 3000rpm and down again

run the fault codes as what you have done may not be the problem at all

My 2007 Opel Astra 1.6 essentia has a miss at low revs. Approximately 1500RPM while driving it normally occurs. Mostly when slowing down to turn and the accelerator is released then on acceleration th

until you know exactly what it is then the answer is YES.. The biggest effect will be low economy and performance. Have a compression test done to check for head gasket and valve problems. These 2 will eventually require the head off and major work done if left too long. First step is to have the fault codes read as it may be a simple plug, HT lead of if individual coils , a faulty coil. Check the distributor cap if it has one for cracks and carbon tracks between the HT points . Check for dirt on the outside causing a short in the HT circuit.. Check for vacuum leaks (lean mixture hotter than normal temp). Check brake booster hoses and hoses to the inside vent controls. Remember the engine is trying to tell you that it is not well and like yourself if you do nothing it will get sicker and be very expensive to fix.

ENGINE MISSING ABOVE 3800 RPM

no the code is most likely from a dpfe sensor for you egr system not the egr valve itself.a clogged fuel filter though might cause your low revs
