very small hands it should be under hood on driver side firewall.no hard at all just tight space.some Honda fuel filters are under car right by the tank also easy to change make sure you look at filter and put flow toward engine (arrow)
On the firewall underneath the vacuum control box. Thats just to the left of the throttle body, behind the black air intake hose.

Check your filters such as fuel filter and air filter. At higher speed there is more of a demand for both air and fuel. Thats where I would start first.
