Im pretty sure its in the tank
In the gas tank. But there is an access inside the vehicle. The access is in the floor behind the front driver seat. You need to remove the bolts holding the front seats in, and any electrical clips under the seats. Then remove the plastic trim anywhere the carpet is held down. Then you can pull the carpet back and access the cover to the fuel pump. Otherwise you will have to drop the tank.
It is inside the fuel tank.

The fuel pump is in the gas tank, but there is a service door in the floorboard, when you take the seats out and pull the carpet back.
Fuel pumps are placed in the fuel tank for better pump efficiency and to keep the pump cool while submersed in fluid.

The heater lines that run to the back of the right rear side gets rusty and start to leak anti-freeze. There is a black cover under and above the RR tire that has to be removed so u can see.

It is typically located in the rear of the vehicle in one of the side compartments. It has a red button on it. I would also check the fuel pump fuse, and relay.

It' on the driver's side. Under that little belt cover just to the left[looking at it] of the batteryand foward of the intact plumbing.

the IAT sensor is part of the Mass Airflow sensor. here is a picture of that sensor.
