Radio, digital clock, interior lights all out

This is probably a single fuse out. Check the fuses under the dash on the driver side...should be number 11slot and a 15 amp

2003 PT Cruiser interior and dash lights not working

If your car's overheating, make sure you have enough coolant in the system. While you're under the hood look for disconnected wires near dash then check your fuse box for broken fuses. Please check your coolant, little to no coolant = a new engine ~$5000!

The lighter does not work and I can not use a GPS system. Someone suggested it may be the fuse box, but I don't know which fuse it is because the fuses are not labeled and I don't have an...

Check all the fuses.
But the same fuse works a number of things such as the coutesy lights and an under hood light if equiped. If your interior and any under dash lights work then the fuse is good. You could also have a bad ground or a bad socket. Or even the GPS plug may not fit will in the cigar lighter socket well enough.

On my 2001 Ford Escape The parking lights, dash lights, console lights and interior lights don't work. All other lights etc do work. I checked all fuses and they are good and the bulbs aren't burnt...

I was just going to chime in about the relay. My '02 XLS Escape's dash and rear lights would take about 5-10 minutes to turn on. I finally removed the fuse box (by the driver's left leg) and cleaned the connectors for the relays on the back side of the fuse panel (yes, you have to unbolt the panel - be careful to not pull too ******* any of the wires) using connector cleaner. This is the most absurd placement of a user-serviceable part I've ever seen. But after over a year of dealing with it, it ended up taking about 10 minutes with a 10mm socket to fix it for good.
