I have a 1989 Ford E150 Club Wagon van with duel fuel tanks. I can move the switch positionfrom one to another ;but nothing happens and it remains on the front tank. Also I do not get a fuel gauge reading when either tank is on.

SOURCE: I have a 1989 Ford

The fuse would likely have more things included than just the fuel guage. There likely is the fuel pump relay in-line too,but that also affects a couple of other things,1 being the ignition coil, and you probably would have no engine run at all,so that's eliminated.Since there are 2 tanks, the guage itself would be the most likely bad component as both of the tank sensors going bad at once is about equal to 1 shot,2 kills. If you ever had a situation where 1 tank would work good with the guage and the other would not, then I would say eventually they both failed.Since you did not mention that, and would definitely notice it,it has to be the guage,if both all of a sudden stopped working. You should check the connection involved first before replacing the guage.A connector or wires on/to the guage.Although it isn't likely that a wire or connector would just disconnect, stranger things have happened, and easily could save $100 or more if it did.Greg

Does anyone know how to reprogram antitheft for 1998 Ford E150 Club Wagon?

Didn't I answer this yesterday?

If what was stated in the manual didn't work, perhaps you have a further problem? Call out a mobile auto-electrician, or auto-locksmith with a pro grade scan tool computer to check the module, and keys.

Location of antitheft module for 1998 Ford E150 Club Wagon?

Information in the link

https://www.google.com/search?q=1998+Ford+E150+Club+Wagon%2C+Location+of+anti+theft+module

This is my standard response to people that wish to remove anti-theft modules on high end saloons, but not quite sophisticated on an old ford van.

You can't remove it. The antitheft system is a module that integrates the key, the locks, the ignition switch and the ECM as well as other ingress sensors into the car. You have to fix it, not find a way around it. The system is there to stop exactly what you are trying to do. You need the Dealership or a good auto-electrician to fix the issue you have.

89 club wagon van dual tanks, neither gas gauge is working. what could be the issue

Probably the gauge on the dash. It is unlikely both sending units failed at the same time, but it could also be a wiring problem or a bad selector switch if equipped.

Where is the fuel pump located on 1994 ford e350 club wagon

Hello. They are located in the fuel tanks. I say tanks plural because it's a 350 Club. There is also a pressurized pump on the frame rail just to the inside of the frame, just about under the driver's seat, if it is equipped with dual tanks. It's a rare occasion that one cannot run the van without prior notice of a tank mounted pump going bad. I'd try the fuel interrupter switch located in the passenger's side kick panel before anything else. Push the button top to reset it and then try starting the van. If the vehicle has suffered a jolt, large pot hole, bump etc...

Just bought the truck. Pushed the button to switch fuel tanks, but nothing happened.

Very common with the Ford duel tanks system the valve between the tanks gets rusted and will not switch over ,expressly in the snow belt of North America which our states use salt or other corrosives.

Front fuel tank will not work

You have duel tanks with a fuel pump in each tank. You also have a fuel pump on the frame rail after the "tank selector". This device only holds a fuel filter that protects the main fuel pump. When you select front or rear tank on the dash, you are selecting which in tank fuel pump will operate. You can check the in tank fuel pump by listening for it to "humm" when the key is turned on..The in tank pumps only feed the main pump and cannot run the engine on their own. Hope this helps
