It can only be 3 things.
1: no power to motor (12v not there active or is too low)
2: bad motor. 12v there its dead.
3: jammed up track overloading said motor.
a voltmeter solves #1 and 2 in seconds.

I see this is an older post and hope you have this fixed already. I have a similar problem and taking the switch out and resoldering the joints took care of the problem.

7 blinks (roof lock switch, not operated by user)
9 blinks (rear window switch not operated by user)
These codes mean user has not undone roof locks or rear window is not fully closed
Providing that is not your problem, reset roof control unit
Turn ignition off
In under bonnet fuse box remove fuse 32 7.5 amp for 20 seconds
Refit fuse and check roof operation
This clears codes and resets roof

Honda crx electric roof fault. All the warnings work when starting the car and when one of the latches are open. when the dash switch is pressed a click can be heard from the rear of the car. The boot...

Hi Paul
I dont know wether you have managed to solve your problem with the roof yet, but I have tried sorting out a simular problem. First off all if you need to reset the computor in the boot , to do this remove the 7.5 amp back up fuse under the bonnet for approx 10 seconds. before doing this make sure all locks are in the closed possition. Also make sure the roof mechanism is fully down. Once the fuse is back in and the key is in the ignition the car will go into diagnostic mode for the boot and roof.
The easy way to check the roof locks is to open passenger side and see if the car starts to beep if so close the lock and the beeping should stop this shows all is ok. Now do the same on the drivers side. After doing these checks you will need to reset the computer again with removal of the 7.5 amp fuse for 10 seconds.
Its worth checking the 20 amp fuse for the power door locks this fuse is under the dash board.

I hope this is some help.

Door will not slide automatically; emits loud beeping noise

Something similar to that was happening with our Odyssey...the beeping when you are driving whether it's ongoing or intermittent is the "safety alarm" letting you know the door is not closed. The power lock is not engaging. What I do when I get the beeping while driving is hit the Door Close button. It causes the door to attempt to engage again. To fix it...we first cleaned out the space below the side running board (kids were hiding crayons and things in there), then looked for any obstructions along the top and bottom tracks. I sprayed a lubricant along the tracks (I'd suggest the dry lube kind...I used WD40 the 1st time and had streaks of it dripping down after driving), use a lube that has a long straw to spray in small places...and spray up into the track that runs the length of the middle of the car. Manually open and shut it a few times to get the tracks lubed, then try it out.
If you press the open OR close button by remote or in the car and get nothing...no movement/no noises/no beeping...then it could be the electrical circuit itself, the signal itself may be impeded...or the motor shot. Have you tried any of these suggestions before?
