Purchase a service manual; or contact the parts department of the auto dealership and ask them to print out the schematic and removal instructions to the dashboard....

well, you can check #26 10A fuse but if windows work its probably not it . and under hood in that fuse box you can check # 6 10A ( powertrain control module). climb under truck and remove and check for power and operation on transfercase. could be just stuck.
From what i know you need a special tool for the tension arm but. 1. already done by the kitten (verify the belt needs replacement) 2. Inspect the accessory drive belt and belt tensioner assembly. If there is any roughness to either of the belt tensioner assembly bearings or any sign of damage, scoring, or glazing on the accessory drive belt, replace BOTH the belt tensioner assembly and the accessory drive belt. 3. Remove the drive belt. 1ZZ–FE: A. Remove the engine under cover RH. B. Remove the drive belt. a. Turn the drive belt tensioner clockwise to relieve tension on the belt, and then remove the belt. b. Carefully return the tensioner to the unloaded position. NOTE: When retracting the tensioner, turn it clockwise SLOWLY in 3 seconds or more. Do NOT apply force rapidly. After the tensioner is retracted all the way, do NOT apply more force than is necessary. 2ZZ–GE: A. Remove the engine under cover RH. B. Remove the wire harness protector. a. Unfasten the 3 clips, then remove the wire harness protector. b. Disconnect the pressure sensor connector. Repair Procedurecontinued below

Which side is the kitten on, if it's on the passenger side you can remove just the glove box to gain access, if it's on the drivers side you can remove the bottom kicker panel to gain access from the bottom of the dash so you don't have to remove the whole dash. If the kitten made it's way behind the radio, you can remove just the trim around the radio and then remove the radio to gain access behind the radio.
Thank you for using fixya and please keep being a good person LOL.
The leak is the evaporator which is in the dash. The complete dash has to come out to remove the hvac plenum to remove the evaporator. It is about a 7 to 10 hour job.The factory evap.core is about $475 and what ever the labor rate is for the repair shop.Hope this helps.Good luck.
Check coolant level, and possibly replace thermostat. When a thermostat gets stuck in the closed position, coolant does not circulate thru motor. Gauge stays midrange when driving, because motor is being cooled by air and or the fan. If car seems to operate completely normal, then the gauge is faulty.
hi sounds like heater core problem.if you remove the panel that comes from under the dash to the gear shift you will see the heater box in front ,now remove the bottom of that box you should see the heater radiatior.now comes the harder part from under the car at the back engine on the bulkhead two pipes goin into the bulkhead .take these pipes off and the clip so that you can remove the small radiator out of the heater box to replace.
