SOURCE: low beam headlights not working on 2004 Pontiac Montana extended

You headlight lamp have a diffuser mechanism which allows it to flip between the hight beam and low beam feature of the bulb. In fact, you high beam will function even if the low beam is not working.

I would recommend the purchase of the new headlight lamp. It would cost you you any where from $15.00 per unit to get a replacement lamp

How can i fix a p0522 code that is read by my engine light? Can i reset it and forget it? Or is it dangerous?

code p 0522 refers to engine oil pressure sensor/switch---low voltage === causes --wiring short to ground ---engine oil pressure sensor/switch---ECM
any reference to oil pressure warnings should be taken seriously as a destroyed engine is a result of inaction
first get it to an accredited service shop that handles your make of vehicle and have the oil pressure checked with a mechanical gauge
if it not a pump/ oil level problem , replace the sensor

2005 PT Cruiser showing P0456 and P0522. Cranks but wont start.

The sensor that is most likely causeing the problem is the low oil pressure sensor. It is telling the cpu that you have a problem that unless you correct it, the motor will suffer serious damage from insufficient lubrication.Have the oil pressure checked with a manual gauge then replace the sensor unit if faulty.

Codes po171 and po522 on my dash board

P0171 Fuel system lean bank 1, P0522 Engine oil pressure/switch circuit low voltage. Take care of the P0522 get the oil pressure check out first. As for P0171 that can be from a vacuum hose leak from false air.Worn out sparkplugs. To a contaminated MAF(mass air flow sensor).Lean bank is a easy fix but low oil pressure get that look at.

HAVE CODE P0128 AND P0522 CHANGED TEMP SENSOR HELP PLEASE

P0128 indicates coolant temp lower than expected and P0522 indicates low input from the oil pressure circuit. The first one sounds like a thermostat possibly stuck open. Check coolant temperature. It should reach approx 195 degrees. The second one could be a bad OP sender, low oil pressure or some other problem on that circuit.
