SOURCE: what is the location of the fuse box for the 1994 volvo 960?

It's on the drivers side of the dashboard -- exposed when the door is open.

SOURCE: want to replace signal fuse in volvo s40

i have a 98 s40. The fuses can be found internal (under the dashboard near the bonnethandle). Inside it you can find the fuse clamp and extra fuses. These can also be used for the external fusebox under the bonnet.
I have found the fuse that might be broken, but i can't replace it because it has some extra casing. It's for internal lights and the alarm.

I have a 2003 chev silverado. The fuel gauge quit working then started working again on an off. Then my radio would go out and the fuel gauge would start working. Now my AC is not working. It's like...

It may seem like the problems are related, but they most likely are not at all, unless it's an actual battery power issue. Your fuel gauge consists of 2 parts and wires to connect them, the sending unit, which is in the gas tank connected to your fuel pump on your truck I believe, and the gauge itself inside your dash. It is most likely your sending unit/fuel pump which sucks cause that's like $350, altho easy enough to replace yourself with very little gas in the tank. As for the radio check fuses, and AC I have no idea...

Dashboard lights on and off

Its honestly probably just a fuse.... Its happened to me before.... But of not it could be dashboard itself messing up but I doubt it... The way u described it... Goodluck!

AC dosnt work

This is unfortunately a very expensive and laborious fix. The Evaporator behind the dash board is leaking on you, and you have to remove the entire dash and instrument panel to get to it.

This is a job best left to someone who has worked on your year, make, and model.

I would generally start at the dealership, and they may recommend someone who works on the 2000 Volvo S70 who works locally to that dealership but independently.

Hope this helps.

The blinking arrow is an indicator that the automatic transmission is in the limp mode. Sometimes this problem will go away. Other times you must take it in and have the error code on the transmission read. This will explain what is causing the transmission to go into the limp mode. The limp mode is the same as the WINTER mode where it starts in 3rd gear.
The dash board gauges are controlled by a dimmer switch that is above the rear fog light switch which is above the headlight switch. If this dimmer switch doesn't work, then have it replaced.

My dash board lights just went off.what must be happening

It could be something very simple. You may have bumped the dash board light dimmer switch. It is a small slider switch directly above the rear fog light switch which is directly above the headlight switch. This slide switch will adjust the brightness of your dash board lights or shut them off. If you didn't bump this switch, then this switch may just be bad and need replacing. If everything else works, then it is probably the switch.

1985 190e Engine turns over, won't start

when the car ignition is turn on all accessory lights should lite up telling the computer everything is in good contact. If none of the dash lights is not lighting up you don't have a good ignition contact and computer is not getting any power. your stater will crank and turn the engine over only but the fuel pump and ignition module and other accessary is not turn on, the car will not start. What turn everything on is your computer, computer; control all items like fuel pump, sparks etc. You have to get all dash light working again in order for computer to turn on. Check all the fuses and relay under the hood, next your ignition switch in your steering wheel may be faulty allowing only starter to work and not others. this unit wear out and common problems to all cars, parts is 35 buck to replace and you going to have to take the steering columns apart to get to it. Not easy but it will take time. Get all the dash light working and you will be back in the game. good luck and hope that help some
