Check the flasher unit. located under the dash or in the fuse box. If that is ok then check the bulbs. The headlights have noting to do with the flashers different electrical systems. Trouble shoot the system because depending on your location it could also be a corroded ground wire or a broken wire.

SOURCE: the headlight on my 1993 chevolet g20 van keeps

High voltage or vibration will shorten headlight life.
Are you always using the same brand of headlights?
Maybe switching to another brand will extend the headlight life?

SOURCE: 1994 chevy G20 van, ac not engageing, freon charge

either the refrigerant is low, or the low pressure cut out switch( the one you are jumping out) is bad. The switch is cheap, and just screws onto the schrader valve on the accumulator, so you will not loose the charge when yo change it.

SOURCE: what type of freon does

I think 1995 was the change over year to R-134a. Your car should have R-12. If it has small threaded acme fittings its R-12. The R-134 fittings are different sizes and have snap lock fittings similar to an air hose.

1992 Chevolet G20 VAN no headlights

wow very old van.
so engine runs car drives ok , right, just head lamp problems.
HL flasher work or not, (hi beam flash switch)??????
in HIGH beam mode is cluster hi lamp glowing?
no? fuse is blown.
well a volt meter finds the cause most easiest.
and schematic from the service manual.
telling what engine or VIN first, is best
or the wrong fuse boxes are seen,, ok>?
you checked fuse but forgot this van has lots of fuesible links. like this super simple schematic shows.
nothing can be more simple, no BCM computer mess.
it can only be 5things (engine runs)
  1. fuse link
  2. dimmer
  3. HL switch
  4. both lamps burned out, nah
  5. grounds to both lamps cut/rusty.
87-93-undefined-undefined-0.jpg if both lamps lugs are at 12vdc, the ground is dead

I have a 1994 chevolet conversion van g20 series. the blinkers stay on in the van but do not work on the outside and when the head lights are on do not work at all anyone have any clue as to why?

you have a burnt bulb, put your 4 wayson(safty flashers)walk around the van, if your signal lights are not flashing get a bulb for it .or even autozones will help find them and help you put them in if you never done this before
