5 Stage 4 Tighten to 85 deg
6 Stage 5 Tighten to 85 deg

If it is the 01-08 model 2.8 CRD engine code R2816K4 then it is this one
Stage 1 - Bolts 1 -18 = 30 Nm
Stage 2 - Bolts 1 -10 = 75 deg
Stage 3 - Bolts 11 - 18 = 50 deg
Stage 4 - Bolts 1 - 18 - 75 deg

Torx head bits come in several sizes- 10, 15, 20, 25, 27, 30, and 40 for the smaller ones. Buy a cheap set of them, then you will have the right one. For the seat track application, I would expect about a size 25.

Exhaust = 0.40 mm - 0.50 mm
Intake = 0.20 - 0.3 0mm

cyl head torqes.1st stage 29 nm. 2 nd stage 57-67 nm. 3rd stage slacken off 360 cegrees, 4th stage 29 nm. 5th stage 64-74 nm. intake and exhaust valve clearance .38 mm hot setting. hope it goes ok.

try checking your plug wires or just changing them... if you can get a test done to c which cylinder isn't firing, try changing the coils or coil pack (whichever a bmw has)
