SOURCE: How to use TPMS in Acura MDX 2005
The TPMS light will be visible in your instrument panel like your parking brake would if activated. The TPMS function is activated automatically once any of your tires are improperly inflated. Furthermore, it will identify which tire needs attention.

SOURCE: 2004 Acura MDX Water Leak
The 2002 MDX I worked on turned out to be a drainage problem . Seems the factory installed foam in the bottom of the hinge pillar post which blocked the drain holes . Take off the mud flap , remove enough of the splash shield to access the bottom of the hinge pillar and drill a half inch hole at the front lower corner aiming the drill slightly upward ( be sure to protect the bare metal) .Water gushed out when I did this. For extra ins. remove the kick panels and check for two holes a few inchs from the floor, plug and chaulk these holes. Hope this worksfor you too

Turn the AC on/off couple of times randomly. Then check. If same problem.Try adjusting the temperature setting to proper cold. But if still the same problem. Then get the ac pressure tested. The ac pressure test will let you know if there is any kind of leak in the ac cooling system. If there is a leak of ac cooling refrigerant then this can be the reason. If the ac refrigerant is checked out low then this can be the one reason, get the refrigerant recharged then check out.If still the same problem then the compressor needs to be checked. Is the compressor turning on or not at all turning. If its not turning on then the compressor relay needs to be checked. If compressor relay checks out ok then its faulty compressor,.Also check out for any kind of vacuum leak.Get all the vacuum line and vacuum hoses checked and confirmed that there is no vacuum leak. Also check your ac cabin filter .If its blocked by dust and clogged it will not let the ac run.
The filter isn't too much of a challenge to change actually. Shouldn't even require any tools.
Basically, you grip the bottom of the glove box housing and start pulling it away from the dash panel. The whole assembly is held in by 10 spring clips that will release. Disconnect the two wire harnesses that go to the trunk lid main switch and the glove box light and that's it. The filter holder is now accessable and you pull it out of the slot, replace the filter and reinstall the holder into the housing. Replug the trunk lid main switch and glove box light harnesses and then align the spring clips to their slots in the dash and push the glove box assembly back into place.
