Regarding the clock: The dome light, the lighter and the clock are allon the same circuit, so, it only the clock is inoperative, looks like you need a new clock.

Regarding the AC: Does the AC light come on when you push the button? If so, the electrics are probably OK. You may be low on freon in the AC system. You will need to take your car to a guy who does automotive AC, have him evacuate the system to check for leaks. If the evac holds a vacuum for 30 minutes,he will add freon and you problem will be cured.
