the belt that goes on the alt. ?? if so the tensioner is accessed from under neath the car. You will have to remove the right side tire and plastic sheild that is in place. When you look up at the bottom pulley you will see a nut head. If you lay on your back and look up at the engine, it will be located on the left or front side of the car.

SOURCE: replacing 2001 Hyundai XG300 headlight, how difficult?

1bd6158.jpg Here's a photo - remove cap, disconnect connector to bulb, move bulb retainer out of the way & extract bulb - installation of new bulb is in reverse order.
If you want to replace the entire ASSEMBLY, there are three (3) 10mm bolts holding the assy. Remove them, then slide assy forward to access connectors - disconnect them.

I have a 2001 Hyundai xg300 stock engine. I have replaced the throttle body 2 times an the tps. An the car runs but when pressing the gas it don't move. no response.

Like you said the first two codes are tps related. Check your wire harness and wiring could be shorted to ground or have a broken wire. The third code is for map sensor no response shorted or open circuit.

2001 hyundai xg300 3.0 liter no throttle response, codes p1191,p1151 tps checks out ok,aps checks out ok,throttle motor ok and throttle control module ok

Check the fuel filter to see if it is restricted, and if it is not have the fuel pump pressure checked, this is the most likely cause of your problem.
