My 2003 Lesabre Ltd was soaked after being caught in a downpour with windows open. Initially I had intermittent power and use of windows. Now none of the above work at all. The remote still locks/unlocks doors and opens trunk. I accessed the fuse/relay panel. Everything is dry (and still dusty) but the the fuse block is warmer than the surrounding ambient temperature. Fuses are fine.
Have the problem system checked for proper ground. It may be at the fuse box if it got wet. Electricity and water mean corrosion when there are two metals present - usually copper and iron. When electrical boxes or connections get 'warm' it means that there is added resistance in the circuit causing the heat. (like a light bulb without the light)

the wirring that goes to the door may have breaks in it, if so they will need to be repaired. would start to look at the drivers door.

If all power devices stopped at the same time you may have a bad fuse link. Since it is rare for all the fuses blowing at once and you already checked them. Start at your fuse links before assuming something expensive.

first of all check your fuses...what it sounds like tho is that your main wiring to your door has been damaged....where it goes thru your door....recheck that and get back to me

Follow the wiring from between the door and the body to the insides under the dashboard. It's usually inside a soft plastic or rubber tube for protection. Follow the wire bundle if you can to the fuse panel. I don't know exactly where it is on this car, but it's usually very close to the left and underneath of the dashboard. You may find that a plug that has all these wires together has come loose somewhere.
Please update here on your progress. Good luck!

if the drivers door window works you probably have a open in the serial data line.i have found the data line corroded under the drivers seat causing this problem on other vehicles.you need to check for continuity on the data line between the driver door module and either one of the other door modules.the data line is tan with a white stripe.if it does not have continuity it is probably corroded under the drivers seat beneath the carpet.keep posted.
