You did not say which engine you have in your truck,, But GM cars and trucks usually places the oil pressure switch on the drivers side of the engine near the front.. This car uses a very expensive switch.. make sure this is your problem before replacing .. you find switch.. (go to oriellys web site and look it up to see a picture of what you are looking for). TAKE The wires off of it, take a wrench or socket of the correct size and remove it. Be very careful.. Do not over tighten, you do not want to damage the threads in the block. Damage to these threads can really complcate your life.
