They pull off just like any other vehicle, unless you live in an area where they use salt. Brake and suspension parts on these rust and sieze quickly. Soak with penetrating oil and keep tapping around perimiter. I do this for a living, and I've had Torrent drums take me hours to break loose (I'm surprised the wheels even came off)

a small puller is best, but if you use a penetrating oil on the shaft, and a couple of screwdrivers (use rags underneath so you do not damage paint) you can walk it off the shaft.
May be weak battery try jumper cables.
clean both cables at battery
then have the battery load tested.
Next remove starter and connect with jumper cables.
bypass solenoid with screwdriver.
if the battery is dun down measure the alternator output.
it should run at 14.7 vdc with everything turned on.
