1st off remove the plastic moulding inside of the door release ,undo the small screw,at the bottom of the door there are 4 screws[usually pozy drive] undo them, prise off the bottom part of the cover [the door pull arm]inside there is a large pozy screw, undo that, then using a medium screwdriver or a small pry bar placed between the door panel/door,prise away the panel section by section, beginning from the bottom, until you have unclipped all the plastic retainers, then gently lift away upwards,do not drop,as you have to unclip the door release cable from the back of the door panel, making sure to remember how it is sitting on the door panel and the lever,so to ease the re-assembly.

The above reply is incorrect, sorry. :(

Depending on if it is a front or rear door card there will be one screw behind the door pull handle on the card, hidden behind the black stopper. The window switches just pop out with a \thin blade underneath them , then disc the wiring.

Front doors have a further screw that you can see at the top front of the door card when you open the door.

Next take a flat edge working around the door card to pop all the hidden clips.

Then you need to give the door card a sharp vertical pull using the handle on the card, be brave :) This will release the door card and you will then have to unplug all the speakers etc The door handle will rotate and fit through the hole in the card, take care not to separate the chrome surround from the handle, if you do a soldering iron on the plastic legs works wonders.

Once the card is off look at the door itself on the front door you will see two clips attached to pegs on the door. on the rear doors this is a single clip. Using pointed nose pliers compress the clips and remove them fro0 the door. These clips slide back into the metal guide on the actual door card ready for refixing.

Have fun :)
