Air runs until car runs a distance and engine is shut down. when restart air is not cool?

Well of course not. When you shut the car down, all water circulation stops so engine heat goes way up. This means the radiator gets hot too, and therefore so does the AC condensor. It takes time for all these things to cool back down when you start it back up.

Car runs perfect then starts missing real bad then stalls

Not unusual for fuel pumps to begin to fail once they are heated up from running. First thing in the morning pump is cool, then as you drive, it heats up and begins to lose pressure. After sitting a 1/2hr-1hr, it may start again and run fine for a short time and start to act up again. Had similar problem and found good fuel pressure when tank and pump cool, but lost pressure once vehicle driven a distance and pump heated up. The hotter the weather, the shorter the distance I could drive. If you can somehow set it up to have fuel pressure checked when it starts to act up, that would certainly help confirm if fuel pressure is the culprit.

Car running hot, white smoke coming out of tailpipes when stopped but none while driving.

Most likely a leaky head gasket , the white smoke indicates coolant is getting into combustion chamber/ cylinder(s)

could also indicate a cracked or warped head most often
caused by over heating

these kind of behavior generally happens, when the tappets clearance is less than the specified .that means when the engine heats up valves elongates, and the gap reduces, resulting valve leakage, improper combustion, power drop, emission, missing etc....set the tappets

When the rpms reach 2.5 exhaust jerks, looses power. Have lost one third mpg gas.

Sounds like the catalytic converter is getting stopped up.Tap on catalytic with a hammer and if you here a rattle then the converter has had a melt down. You can have a pressure test run on the exhuast system to verify the problem.
