Where is the lowbeam relay switch for 2001 huyndai elantra gls

hi from uk if you are meaning rear fog light/s ? they will be on the switch that has a picture of lamp with horizontal lines ? these will only work with headlight on also if you are meaning front drive/fogs then the same goes for these ie a similar switch near to lights switch or you may have to turn on h/lights then pull outwards the actual switch as on uk cars? the idea being if weather conditions req fogs then h/lights must be on also preventing driving on fogs only and no obligatory side/tail and h/lights here in uk hope this assists you locating switch ? wish you merry xmas

There is not a low beam relay switch. There is a relay for the headlights. And a dimmer switch for the headlights. The actual dimmer switch is more than likely your problem. If you have high beams then the relay is working. If you don't have low beams then it is going to be the dimmer switch in the steering column.
