My odometer still pulses while driving after replacing the alternator.

Replaced alternator in early 2013, but odometer still pulsed while driving, and it got worse over the next year. Had it tested last night, and the alternator tested with bad regulator, so I replaced last night. Sometimes now the gauges go crazy and all the dash lights come on, sound of beeps, then go back to normal. Not sure what to check next...

have the battery checked for its acidity level. the alternator might be charging it well but the battery could not store all the charge.

SOURCE: New battery & new alternator, still not charging...

Take it to another auto parts store to test to verify.
If you put a voltmeter on the battery when the T+C was running, it should read 14-15V.
It could have a bad diode. If this is the case the alt. will be pumping out AC instead of DC. This is BAD. Batteries do not like this and the battery will fail because of it.
Be careful in those 'auto parts stores'. I have found that they employ alot of 'kids' who know little about how a car works. Try NAPA. They are much more knowledgeable and professional. But they cost alittle more.

There is a problem in the Light switch itself or the ECM. Replace the light control switch and see if that resolves the issue.

Check wiring in your. I also own a Chrysler and the electric map manual says that it can be the battery the alternator or the car's wiring. Check for faulty wires and fuses, also for a short circuit (those can make battery die in a short time depending on how intense they are)

Speedometer and odometer not working told by previous owner he replaces vss also one sensor at rear of transfer case is not plugged in is this a common problem if so what is common fix?

What make and model? It is possible that the unplugged sensor is for the speedo / odo, since the pulses for the speedo and hence the odo is picked up from the final drive on the transmission.
Note, it is only a possibility, we need more information.

My headlights, dash lights, and interior lights started to pulse the other day. I had the battery replaced and the alternator checked (twice) and it passed both times. The ground wire is connected fin

Hmm...odd. You've had the alternator checked, but did you inspect the belt? Might be slipping under load. Check your owners manual to see if all of the affected circuits share a common fuse. If so, replace the fuse and clean the connections in the fuse slot as best as you can. The last thing would be to take it to a dealer, have them hook up to their diagnostics machine and see if a code pops up. If its a random pulse it might be a loose connection somewhere (harness connectors, etc.) if its a steady pulse it has to be in the charging circuit or in the ignition circuit.
Oh, one last thing to check: most modern cars have an drain loop to protect the ECM from electromagnetic induced "noise". It should be a wire in your harness (probably not insulated) that makes a loop around the engine compartment. It should be grounded at both ends, probably at the same place on the case of your ECM. You can do a search on the internet to verify that your car has one, where it is and what it looks like. If it does, and you find it, check to make sure it has a good connection to ground, and that the loop is still intact.
Good luck.

I have 1991 vmw 325 the light are blinking

If you mean that all your lights are pulsing from their usual brightness to slightly dimmer then back, then this is usually a sign of bad voltage regulator in your alternator. Most alternators no longer have an external regulators so alternator needs to be replaced. To test this turn on your lights and pay attention to how fast your lights "pulse". Rev the engine and if the pulsing speeds up then its your voltage regulator.

If you meant that a specific light keeps blinking then please specify which and during what conditions, and we can try and get it figured out.
Hope this helped.

Malfunctioning speedometer

The odometer circuit drive and the speedometer are controlled by the CPU built-in the gauge assembly. The CPU receives pulses from the PCM. The pulse rate increases as the car accelerates. The frequency and duration of these input pulses are measured by the CPU.
