Replaced alternator in early 2013, but odometer still pulsed while driving, and it got worse over the next year. Had it tested last night, and the alternator tested with bad regulator, so I replaced last night. Sometimes now the gauges go crazy and all the dash lights come on, sound of beeps, then go back to normal. Not sure what to check next...

have the battery checked for its acidity level. the alternator might be charging it well but the battery could not store all the charge.

Take it to another auto parts store to test to verify.
If you put a voltmeter on the battery when the T+C was running, it should read 14-15V.
It could have a bad diode. If this is the case the alt. will be pumping out AC instead of DC. This is BAD. Batteries do not like this and the battery will fail because of it.
Be careful in those 'auto parts stores'. I have found that they employ alot of 'kids' who know little about how a car works. Try NAPA. They are much more knowledgeable and professional. But they cost alittle more.

Check the fuel pressure regulator and vacuum line that goes to it. Part at autozone for 90.00.

There is a problem in the Light switch itself or the ECM. Replace the light control switch and see if that resolves the issue.

Check wiring in your. I also own a Chrysler and the electric map manual says that it can be the battery the alternator or the car's wiring. Check for faulty wires and fuses, also for a short circuit (those can make battery die in a short time depending on how intense they are)
