SOURCE: when the engine reach its temp,car stalls when

fuel starvation,jets blocked,dirty fuel=water in it ,fuel is vaperising in pipes or carb.

SOURCE: 2002 vw passat epc light comes on and when slowing down engine shuts down showing code 0322 what is my problem

Code P0322 states: Ignition/ Distributor Engine speed input circuit NO SIGNAL. the sensor is on the left side(as you sit in the vehicle) of the engine block near the transmission flange. Know this, codes do not tell you if the part is bad necessarily just where to look. Wires and connectors can fail too. I don't know how to test this sensor without a scan tool, the good kind. Which i don't have.

Well code 128 is for a thermostat problem in the fact the engine is not reaching normal temp. If you have heat the engine is warming up but still may not be getting to normal range. Normal is 190 - 210 degrees.
I would replace the thermostat first and see what happens.

epc light indicates a trouble code use a scanner to retrieve codes for repair proceedure

At operational temp car stalls while stopping. new iac new plugs.
If it's an automatic, it could be the torque converter solenoid. Symptoms are stalling when coming to a stop after reaching speeds of 40mph and above. If it restarts immediately then stalls after putting in gear, that's what it is.
