I have recently repaired the fuel pump and PCM in addition to vacuum and tune ups and timing chain guide. Car starts then stalls. A friend and my 3 sense tells me the IAC could be stuck allowing excessive air leaning out the rich start mixture. But it sounds too good. Passlock security?? I also believe the light bulb for security hath been removed

Are you certain that the engine is getting fuel? If not, then you will have to verify that there isn't any blockage in the fuel system to prevent the fuel from reaching the engine. If fuel is reaching the engine, try the following
1. Check compression values for each cylinder.
2. Inspect electrical circuitry in the distributor assembly (slack wires, broken wires, dmaged rotor etc)
3. Check to see if the timing belt was not severed. This belt transmits the drive from the crankshaft to the camshaft. If the belt ius severed, the camshaft cannot rotate in order to open the valves

gue$$ing isn't the route to costly you must have engine light on OBD 2 scan for the fault and repair! if no engine light could be not working usually these come on every time something happens!!!!

It is your locks. I would just disconnect them and lock the car manually. Its a common problem on most GM cars cause water got in an rusted the auto lock motor cause them to send the wrong signal to the computer.
