The dash fuse block is located behind the kick panel to the left of where your feet would be on the drivers side of the car. There is also a block in the engine compartmentt

Such and early model, the lenses should unscrew from the outside and take them off and replace the bulb. If not there will be reataining screws behind the lights which will relaese the light unit and hey presto.
