Any check engine light? Try cleaning the intake throttle plate with a lightly soaked paper towel, the plate is located in the intake; with throttle cable attached to it at the top of the engine near the bellows boot attached to the air cleaner assembly that comes off the mass airflow to the intake. It looks a 3.5 mm cd. That plate gets dirty and throws off the idle air control.

SOURCE: do I remove front door panels on a 1999 BMW 528i to replace

outside handle or inside well there are little plastic windows on the trim panel start there then take the inside mirror cover off and then pull at the bottom of door pull out the side and then pull up on trim to take off unhook door switch from botom and then the inside handle is easy from there but if your looking for the outside handle take the vapor barrier of and the take the bolt thats holding the handle out if you cannot then you must drop the lock or latch it has 3 bolt on the outer edge of jamb then you can get the hanlde out its 10mm then go backward the same way

SOURCE: changing a radiator on a 1999 bmw 528i

not too difficult just make sure you bleed the system properly. two bleeder screws. one near the thermostat housing and one at the expansion tank(where you would fill the coolant) i would recommend replacing both bleeder screw and don't lose the four rubber pieces that are used to mount the radiator properly(can reuse the old ones)

SOURCE: I HAVE A 1999 BMW

actualy the light is for the ASR or ESP sysytem which ever you anme it and it senses if one or more of the tires is rotating in a defrent speed frome the other tires which implements that your car is slepping and the car will lower the engin power to avoide losing controle of the car and at the same time it uses the brake system to make the car keep on track so if is is happining all the time you should check the tires if not the maybe you have a problem with the sensores.

Will a 1998 bmw 528i engine work in a 1999 bmw 528i

It is hard to be sure without checking, BMW changed from the M52B28 engine to the M52B28TU engine around that time. Enter the last 7 numbers of the VIN here to verify: http://www.bimmer.work
Find out more about the M52 engines here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMW_M52
I recommend that you pursue your BMW questions at Bimmerforums.com. It's free and has been a fantastic resource for me over the years. Bimmerfest.com is also free and another excellent BMW resource.

Can't pull the radiator uot of my 1999 BMW 528i, t...

You gotta remove the fan and shround. Fan nut is 1.250" wrench. Fan nut is left handed thread. this means rightey loosey, lefty tightey. Go get the special tool to hold the fan pulley bolt heads. While you are turning the fan nut clockwise to loosen the special tool holds two of the fan pulley bolt heads to keep the fan pulley still. And voila, off comes the fan. then you can remove the shroud with it. Then you can remove the radiator. Fun job. I've got it down to 8 minutes.

Need to replace leaking radiator on 1999 bmw 528i

You need the special tool that will hold the water pump pulley and a 32mm open ended wrench. Ebay has the set for around $20.
The thread is the opposite than normal too!
Easy to take it all off with the right tools. 15 minutes max.
