You can get step by step directions by purchasing a haynes or chilton repair manual. it would take me to much time to type it all up here. if you have an interference motor dont " wing it" and go in blind, you will damage your engine

WHAT ARE TORQUE SETTINGS FOR NISSAN ALMERA QG16

The torque settings for a Nissan Almera QG16 engine can vary depending on the specific component or fastener you are referring to. However, I can provide you with some general torque specifications for common components in the engine. Please note that it's always recommended to consult the manufacturer's manual or a qualified mechanic for accurate and up-to-date torque specifications. Here are some approximate torque values for certain components:
  1. Cylinder head bolts: 25-30 Nm (18-22 lb-ft) initial torque, followed by an additional 90-degree clockwise turn (angle tightening).
  2. Main bearing cap bolts: 25-30 Nm (18-22 lb-ft).
  3. Connecting rod bolts: 15-20 Nm (11-15 lb-ft).
  4. Crankshaft pulley bolt: 140-160 Nm (103-118 lb-ft).
  5. Camshaft sprocket bolt: 85-105 Nm (63-77 lb-ft).
  6. Intake manifold bolts: 15-20 Nm (11-15 lb-ft).
  7. Exhaust manifold nuts/bolts: 25-30 Nm (18-22 lb-ft).
  8. Spark plugs: 15-20 Nm (11-15 lb-ft).

it is only a nm figure for the initial setting of the bolts
after that it is an angle measurement and not a torque setting
