Trying to start the nissan hardbody 2007 3.0diesel but the diesel pump not getting the power
When restarting a diesel you have to prime it by filling the fuel filter with fuel b4 trying to start engine

Your description sounds like a waste-gate problem.
These are intended to prevent overpressure from the turbo and yours might be faulty.
The oil leaks may not be related to the other problem - Jeez, would love to own some vehicle that never leaks oil from somewhere.
