most horns are located between the grill and the outer rad housing or on the left side of car possibly half way down they are usually mounted here so they can be heard
You have a horn relay that is not functioning. Usually, it is located on the fenderwell nearest the battery. You will see a plug in with three or four wires going to and from it, in direct line with the horn. Follow the wires from the horn and you should be able to locate the relay. Replacement should cost less than twenty bucks.
the horn relay is located underneath the hood close to the fire wall on the passenger side in a black box with a diagram on it..if the does'nt work try checking the wire under neath the steering wheel cover..
if has 2 or more they should all be located behind the bumper
but mostly the horns will be located down in engine compartment behind the front light assembly which side i wouldnt know cause they keep moving them all over the car
