I don't believe there are individual fuses for each window, it may be the switch or the window motor. My guess, it's the motor. You can remove the door panel and trim, unplug the connector to the window motor, press the window switch while using a test light to see if it's getting power, if it is it's the motor.
That seems to be a similar problem with most Ford window motors ... if this problem happens intermittently, it's the motor ... try holding the switch button down, and slam the door ... if that doesn't work, then try taking the panel off ... if it does work, then there's a short in the window motor, and it will need to be replaced.

Sounds like you need a window motor. Try hitting in center of door trim panel to see if you can get it to work if so replace motor.

My 2000 Ford expedition has the same click when I attempt to roll down the driver side window. I\'ve checked the fuses and they all appear to be in working order. If I press down on the driver side control and slightly tilt it back the window will work briefly. I gather that it is merely the switch.
