This is the evap purge control circuit....proper diag requires alot of componet testing and equipment.... you might try replacing the evap control valve ( usually on the firewall area), and hope it was it...or get it properly diag at your dealer/shop..no simple answer/fix.......GL

The EVAP cannister is a charcoal cannister located under your hood, the solenoid operates the EVAP system, the cannister is a fixed part with no electronics or moving parts, I would try the solenoid, as it has both moving parts and it electric. Reset check engine light after repair. Let em know if this helps.
