I believe its 50 ft/lbs for the nut and the lock nut. If you're talking about a 4x4, if it's a 2wd and you mean the spindle nut, then I'll have to get back to you. Cheers.

Ford Front wheel bearings do have a torque spec. It is all over the new part to torque to MFR spec or damage will occur.
I have no idea what that spec is though.
