Most of the time this problem is caused by a clogged drain in the housing under the windshield wipers. In this same housing is usually where the air gets sucked in for the blower fan on your ac/heat system. What you need to do is remove the windshield wipers and then remove the plastic grate under the wipers. Then clean out all of the debris,leafs,dirt,etc...
The heater blower motor is located outside under the front scuttle panel, the plastic are where the wipers bolt on. You should extend the bonnet to its horizontal position, remove the wiper arms, then carefully remove the rubber seal and plastic scuttle panel trim. Some edges are sharp so be careful. Be careful not to loose any clips or rubber seals. You will see the blower motor now. Make sure the ignition is off and you have the key as someone could accidentally operate the wipers or the heater blower, the former can take your fingers off. Anyway the resistor is under the motor, unplug it and remove. Refitting it a reversal of the above. If you ever have to remove the wiper motor arm from its spindle ensure you index mark it first !
the blower motor for the a/c is located under the windshield wiper motor. you access it from the engine compartment by removing all the trim covers under the windshield, also have to remove the wiper motor and assembly but be careful not to crack the windshield. once you pull all the covers out of the way you will see the blower motor housing. remove clips and voltage regulator in order to remove top cover of blower motor housing.
the blower motor is located under the windshield wiper assembly. remove wiper arms. remove plastic cover under wiper arms. then must remove wiper motor and wiper transmission assembly. black plastic cover in center of car needs to be removed then the blower motor is under that.
make sure the blower is blowing at a good ratio. If still not getting enough air, remove the ac filter located under the hood, between the firewall and under the plastic wiper blade cover. If this works, replace the filter
The blower is accessed from the engine firewall, not from the inside. To access this, the windshield wiper motor has to be removed, then you will see the access to the Blower.
The fan is located under the windsheild wipers. The windsheild wipers will have to be removed. Then remove the plastic shroud and wiper motor and assembly. The fan is located in the middle under the windsheild. If your feeling the AC you can check the stepping units located on the AC unit behind the front console under the dash.....KEH
They are under the wiper assembly under the hood. Remove partial firewall, wiper assembly and "cage" for the motor. The regulator is under the motor. I would check the strip fuse first its but the drivers sidestrut mount in a tootsie roll sized plastic snap container.
