I replacedrive shaft still clanck when i put it in gear 96 crown vic

Sounds like more of a slack problem than a senor . with help shift the car to drive to reverse , a couple of times noticing the drives shaft , if it moves more the a quarter turn you have differential slack .

SOURCE: Cruise control on my 96

I dont know if they had it in 96 but there is something called a speed control deactivation switch. Maybe check your owners manual about that.

I mount bolt is a RELLY hard to remove. Pay the money and have a mechanic do it on a lift.

WHERE THE WIPER ARM AND SHAFT COME TOGHER THERE IS A LEVER LIFT UP THE WIPER SO THAT IT IS POINTING AT THE SLY AND PRY OUT THE LOCK AT THE BASE OF THE WIPER ARM .

If the "popping" noise comes from underneath the car, you may have a worn U-joint on the drive shaft. If it is coming from the front of the car, it is probably a broken or weak engine mount ("motor mount").

I put a 2003 transmission out of a crown vic into a 1998 crown vic then wired the vss into the output shaft sensor little did i know that made my speedometer reading double how can i fix this will swaping...

I doubt it.
The computer for the 2003 would not follow all of the wiring patterns in the 98 harness not to mention the chip would be different.
