SOURCE: I am getting code P0171 system to lean, bank 1 ??
Bank 1 is the cylinder bank that has #1 in it. In your case I believe it is the cylinder bank at the front of the car, number 1 cylinder is to the far left looking at it from the front. The system lean condition could be caused by a leaking intake manifold gasket or a simple O2 sensor that is reading just out of range but not enough to trip a code for a faulty sensor.

This is probably referring to problems with your bank 1 oxygen sensor. Without the vehicle make, model and year I can't tell you where it is located. However, if you replace your front oxygen sensor that should clear up the problem. Also, if you do replace it, I always run some fuel injector cleaner through a full tank of gas at the same time. Hope this helps!

This is usually an oxygen sensor, replace the O2 sensor located above the catalytic converter before replacing the evaporator purge canister.

for p0171, try: Check for exhaust leaks at the manifold, pipes, catalytic converter. Repair as required. Use a scope to diagnose the oxygen sensor operation (Tip: The oxygen sensor in front of the catalytic converter normally has a fluctuating waveform. The waveform of the sensor behind the converter should be more steady). Inspect the downstream heated oxygen sensor (HO2), replace if necessary Replace the catalytic converter
In the vast majority of cases, simply cleaning the MAF sensor does the trick. Consult your service manual for it's location if you need help. I find it's best to take it off and spray it with electronics cleaner or brake cleaner. Make sure you are careful not to damage the MAF sensor, and make sure it's dry before reinstalling
Inspect all vacuum and PCV hoses, replace if necessary
Check for a dirty fuel filter and proper fuel pressure
for p0420, try:
