2003 Hyundia Tiburon altenator

I know the problem i am having has to do with the altenator, altenator belt and battery line. I was wondering if there is a do it yourself manual for fixing this problem or if it is possible to find the skematics to this part of the engine so i can figure it out. If anyone has any suggestions just let me know

New battery new starter only clicks will not start on a 2003 hyundia tiburon

Sounds like you should see if the engine is frozen by trying to turn over the engine by hand with a torque wrench or gripping the belt.Make absolutely the new battery has a sufficient charge by using beefy jumper cables. make sure all your connectors are really clean and tight.
