Front wheel bearing has gone bad, how can I replace it myself?
SOURCE: Change front wheel bearings
u will need to remove the brake cailper and the the brake rotor, then the hub retaining nut, that is a large metric nut, the bearing and hub must come off, then u will need to take this hub to a machine shop or the dealer and have the new bearing pressed in.

grab a large punch and hammer and knock out the old broken one. Push the new one in and re tighten. This will pull it into place and because it has splines it should not spin while doing so.

SOURCE: how expensive is it to replace front wheel
It all depends where you live, the rate in ct is about 95.00 per hour and the time to replace a wheel bearing on this car is about two hours per side plus the parts and an aglinment,so it would cost about $400.00 in labor and the parts are not much, i would say for a good bearing about $30.00 and then the alignment which is about $69.99, you should shop around and try to get the best price. these bearings need to be pressed out and the new pressed in, heres a picture of the bearing , theres one on wheel, hope this is helpful.
