Hi Mike, If you're referring to the fan in front of the radiator it works when the AC is engaged. If it fails to work in that situation, have the coolant AC gas pressure checked. Regards John

Relay is in the fuse box along with the fuse for the fan.. First check the fuse.always check the easist thing first. Inside the fuse box is a list of which fuse powers each item.. refer to the list. If you have a volt meter you can check the fuse.. or just pull it and replace it. There are spare fuses in the box. The small red tool in the fuse box next to then spares, is a tool to remove the fuses. You can disconnect the fan wires at the plug.. the fan runs on standard 12v system power. You can jump 12v to it to see if it will run.. if it does not run than look at the relay and the Temp senser that
turns the fan on.. If you are going to work on your own car i suggest that you purchase the Chilton Manual for the car.. a really good investment.
