No soumd on my speaker how do you turn it on

What type of car and radio do you have. There are a lot of ways to turn on a radio. Some you push the sound button. Others you twist the sound knob clock wise. Others have a remote " on " button. After the radio is on look to make sure it is on a good station. If no sound turn the volume up by twisting a knob or location a slide bar to make the volume go up. If it is a digital radio, you need to find an instruction book because there are certain procedure to finding the correct screen to change information.

Static popping and buzzing sounds come from the speakers when the car is running. The Radio is not turned on and it will continue for a long time, quit then start again as you are driving.

Is it a factory amplified system? Could be the volume knob. Might try unplugging the radio for test purposes and see if it still pops and buzzes to get a better idea of where to go next

1999 Porsche Carrera the radio turns on and there is no sound from speakers. What do I do to get the sound to come on.

if the radio powers on make sure it is set to an fm station by pushing the S button. then turn the knob on the left to turn the volume up. if there is still no sound it is most likely a radio gone bad or the amp has gone bad.

Ok, I was able to get the radio code to work, but now there is no volume coming out of the speakers. Is it possible that there is a blown fuse in the stock radio? Any suggestions on how I can get the...

Check to see if your mute button is on. You may have to reset the radio, turn the radio off and disconnect the battery. This should reset the radio and you should not have to re enter the code, just make sure you have the radio off before you disconnect the battery. Good luck and keep me posted, be glad to help.

How do you turn the sound on if mute is on MMI sound system?

Depress the volume bottom or rotate the volume knob. When on a Bluetooth phone call, the speaker symbol will mute, but unmute when the call ends. Either rolling the right steering wheel scroll or the volume button on the shifter area will should unmute the radio volume.

Volume control knob on radio turns volume up at all times

first of all if you live in a cold climate I never turn the radio on until the car warms up if you can remove the knob on the radio spray a light amount of WD 40 and then put the knob back on and turn it back and forth and if you have pop on your hand or water also dry your hands off before touching the radio the lights and the radio will last a lot longer also and also before leaving the car always remember to turn the radio off it will be alot easier on your battery as well
