You need to identify the fuse and what is on that circuit and look for what is shorting it out. It is normally abraded insulation that is grounding back to the battery, or what is on the end of it has failed.

The horn is fused and will be listed in the fuse box layout within your user manual.

Ford bantam. Would not start. Checked no fuel pumping from the tank, thought it was the pump. Replaced it problem not fixed. Put power directly on the pump now it starts. Could it be the fuel pump relay...

I have the same problem, I m still looking for a problem but the relay are under the fuse box and u have to take out fuse box so that you can see them, If you find the help please let me know
