Only 2choices I've found is make account for autozone.com and click on vehicle repair guides on homepage, I believe, and for some reason I believe schematics or wiring diagrams are in the locations tab. It took me a long time to find it because its not under what you think it would. They don't have the newer manufactures years listed so if 2004 is to new then pay 20 bucks at www.alldatadiy.com and get access to all the book as the pros. Every mechanic shop has either Mitchell on demand or all data. But pro version is aprox 1500 bucks. I don't know if Mitchell does a per vehicle book access program or not but I'll try to find out and post again. check the feed on the back of the alternator (live), then check the engine earth if the truck has been lifted or raised the earth will be poor. try running an earth fron the exhaust studs to a chassis member.

you have to remove or access the bottom half of under hood fuse panel to remove bolts on teh bottom of that fuse.

have him check the wiring to the alternator and the alternator itself. the big boy that blew is for the alternator on the small pickups. also check the line going from the underhood fusebox to the positive battery terminal, they tend to break off.

If you remove the plastic mud guard cowling under the wing you will be able to unplug the motor feed there. You will need to open up the spool chamber anyway as a bit of the nylon rack that pushes and pulls the antenna will have broken off and been lodged there.
Toyota should be able to sell you a new mast which simply screws on from the outside.
