Look on the wiring harness it plugs in on top of the transmission
make sure all the wires are together. If every thing is ok with the wiring, The sensor is the only thing it could be. A gook used spedometer sensor from the junk yard will work this sensor dosent take a lot of abuse so a good used one will be cheap and work just fine. This is a job you can do your self and save a lot of money. I had the same problem with my 95 civic

Most hondas have the code on the vehicle itself for resetting the code once the battery has been disconected or radio removed. Try pulling the glove box out and looking on the inside of the cavity. You should not need a code to remove the radio the alarm should not go off, it is the installation. The radio will not work with any other --vehicle without your specific code, good thieves know this and would rather steal the whole car. "Especially the Honda Accord. P2647 VTEC Oil Pressure Switch Circuit High Voltage - With Automatic Transmission Basicallly the sensor has gone bad or an oil passage has become blocked.

**. Locate the Variable Timing Electronic Control (VTEC) pressure switch on the end of the cylinder head. Honda has had problems with the VTEC oil pressure switch, there is an updated part number for the vehicle (37250-PNE-G01). On this vehicle the VTEC oil pressure switch can fail at any RPM.
2. The VTEC oil switch is normally closed, and grounds the reference voltage from the Engine Control Module (ECM) on the Blue/Black (BLU/BLK) wire. If the code sets at idle - 2500 RPM - and the Brown/Yellow wire has a good ground, then suspect a faulty VTEC oil pressure switch.
3. At approximately 2500-4000 RPM and when driving the vehicle, the VTEC system should turn on. To turn on the system, the ECM energizes the VTEC Solenoid valve and it allows oil pressure into the intake valve rocker arms, the oil pressure opens the VTEC oil pressure switch so the Engine Control Module (ECM) can verify that the VTEC did turn on correctly.
4. The code will set at idle to 2500 RPM if the reference voltage is not grounded. The code will set above 2500-4000 RPM if the VTEC oil switch does not open.
5. If the code sets at 2500-4000 RPM or higher, the problem can be a low oil level or pressure, or a malfunction in the VTEC assembly.

p1399 is a random misfire code and honda has reported for various models that this could be caused by clogged egr ports, in addition there is the possibility that the valve clearance spec may be out of range.check plugs and wires first and proper gap.

The EVAP (Evaporative Emissions) System allows fuel tank vapors to be purged into the engine and burnt rather than expelled into the atmosphere as harmful emissions. The EVAP system contains a pressure sensor to check the integrity of the system. Periodically, the EVAP system performs a pressure test to check that there are no leaks in the system. It uses this sensor, also known as a fuel tank pressure (FTP) sensor to check for leaks. Basically P0453 means the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) noticed the EVAP Pressure sensor or FTP is indicating a higher than normal pressure (above 4.5 Volts) in the EVAP system. NOTE: On some vehicles the FTP is a part of the fuel pump assembly in the tank. Potential Symptoms There will likely be no noticeable symptoms along with this code other than the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp), commonly known as Check Engine Light illumination. However, there may be noticeable fuel odors in some cases. Causes A P0453 DTC trouble code may be caused by one or more of the following: Open on FTP sensor signal wire Short to voltage on FTP sensor signal wire Bad FTP sensor Abnormally high pressure in fuel tank due to blockage in EVAP purge hoses or overfilled tank Loose/damaged FTP sensor connector Loss of ground to the sensor Possible Solutions Using an scan tool access FTP sensor value with Key on Engine off (KOEO). Normal value is usually somewhere near 2.5 Volts at atmospheric pressure (may fluctuate some due to altitude). It shouldn't ever be above 4.5 Volts. 1) If it is close to 2.7V with the gas cap off, the problem is likely intermittent. Using a Digital Volt Ohm Meter, measure the voltage on the signal wire while trying to induce the problem by wiggle testing all the wiring at the FTP sensor. If the voltage fluctuates when wiggle testing, check for connector problems; i.e. water in the connector, broken or chafed wiring. 2) If the value shown on the scan tool is above 4.5V, unplug the sensor (if possible) and check for voltage again. If the high voltage is still present when unplugged, inspect wiring harness for a short to voltage on the signal wire. If the high voltage disappears when unplugging the sensor, check for a good ground to the sensor and proper reference voltage. If you have a good ground and 5 Volts reference voltage, replace the FTP sensor since it's likely shorted out. One is the "EVAP Canister Side" (from the EVAP two way valve to the purge valve) and the other is the "Tank Side" (from the EVAP two way valve to the fuel tank). There is 0.04 inch leak detection and 0.02 inch leak detection. If the 0.04 inch leak detection results are OK, the 0.02 inch leak detection runs. The P1457 code is detected when the EVAP system has a very small leak.
