Usually, when no windows work, it's a problem in the wiring going to the master switch or the driver's door master switch is broken. Earlier year Imprezas had a circuit breaker, not a fuse, for the power windows.
The easiest way to troubleshoot is to pull out the master switch, and check if the red wire in the multi-wired connector has power with key on. You will need a test light or voltmeter to check for power. If you have a voltmeter, put the red lead on the red wire, and the black lead on the black wire terminal. With key on you should see battery voltage, and if you do, then the power in and the ground is good for the power windows. If no voltage is registered, move the black lead of voltmeter to a good ground. If now has voltage on the red wire, power in is good, but the ground may be lost for the windows. Look in the door opening for broken wires-especially the black wire. This ground goes back into the cabin to a nearby ground source-maybe behind the left kick panel just in front of the door. If the red wire has no power, also check for that broken wire in the door opening.

If power in is good on the red wire, and ground is good, and the driver's door window won't work, probably a bad master switch.

If no power on the red wire, and no broken wires in the door opening, pull out the circuit breaker in the instrument panel fuse block and check for power on one of the terminals that the breaker plugs in to, with key on. If power there, but still nothing on the red wire at the master switch, then you will need a wiring diagram for your car and find and check the Power Window and Sunroof Relay, if equipped.
Post back for more help, and give the year of your Impreza if you would like to see a wiring diagram. Or wait, you can find it here>
http://www.bbbind.com/technical.html- free wiring diagm. and TSB's for every make and model. I was looking at a diagram for a '94 Impreza. You may have different colored power wire to the master sw. if a quite different year.

Check the fuses first and then the window switches themselves. You will have to remove them and put a meter on them. You can cross the wires to see if the window will go up or down. If you can do it by crossing the wires then the switch is bad.

I have a 2002 4-door Envoy extended length. Three years ago the rear HVAC stopped working; 6 months ago the left rear electric window stopped working; yesterday the right rear electric window stopped...

I doubt there is a common cause. The rear HVAC needs to be diagnosed by a HVAC technician. The electric windows problem is probably a bad motor in the door. Do the rear windows work from the driver's controls? If they do, then it is the window switch that is faulty.

Window electric not working. Others working. Fuse box schematic?

If only one electric window is not working, then you probably have a broken wire to that window or door. Switch or electric motor could also be the problem. The fuse would control all the windows.
