There is a dome override switch on it. I have a 04 Avalanche that the dome light didnt work when I bought it and replaced the bulb and itstill didnt work. ABout a month late I noticed a dome override button below the air vent on the drivers side ov he vehicle and pushed it. When I got home the light came on. Not sure what purpose this button serves, but look for a dome override button.

Presumably you are talking about a turn signal bulb on your mystery vehicle? Not sure why it is 'open' though?

1988 Pontiac Fiero. The lights do not open even with motor running and raising with hood open.

2006 GMC Envoy key won't open door. As you know there is only one place to unlock. Passenger door won't open either.

Which fuse controls the power windows

The fuses are marked in the door panel of the fuse box. There are two boxes. One on the side of the instrumental panel. Drivers door must be opened. The other within the side of the motor . box will say . fuse- box . the cover of the box will show what fuse color , number. Volts etc.etc. and clearly will say for what ?tem. Like radio,lighter, cortesy lights, and it will be marked with a number. So installed fuse with same number.
